Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an International Property Consultant in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on closed transactions in primary (off-plan) and secondary markets, with a strong emphasis on client relationships, market knowledge and negotiation skills.

You will work with a high-performance team to access exclusive inventory, developer allocations and premium leads, while complying with RERA regulations and maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven international real estate experience.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work in a competitive environment.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, French, or Chinese are a plus).

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain an active client database for long-term relationships.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations and negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.

• Stay up-to-date with Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, regulations and new developments.
• Prepare and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations.
