Job summary

123Dubai.ae in Dubai invites an experienced Off-Plan Manager to lead our off-plan sales division. You will manage relationships with leading developers, guide clients through the off-plan purchase journey, and drive team performance to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in Dubai off-plan real estate sales, a proven sales record, and a RERA certification. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Russian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of off-plan real estate sales experience in Dubai.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• RERA certification required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic/Russian a strong advantage.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Off-Plan Manager to lead and grow our off-plan sales division. You will be responsible for managing key developer relationships, guiding clients through the off-plan purchasing process, and driving team performance.

• Lead a team of off-plan consultants, setting targets and providing mentorship
• Guide clients through the entire off-plan purchase journey from initial inquiry to handover
• Analyse market trends and identify new project opportunities
• Represent 123Dubai at developer launches, property expos, and networking events
• Ensure CRM is maintained accurately with all client and deal information

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, major developers, and key projects
• RERA certification required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian) are a strong advantage
