REMART Properties LLC in Dubai seeks motivated Secondary & Off-Plan Sales Agents to join our growing team. You will generate leads, source properties, conduct viewings, and manage client relationships to close deals.

We offer high commissions, strong marketing support, and access to premier portals. A proactive, target-driven attitude and knowledge of Dubai market are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate sales experience.
• Fluent English; additional languages beneficial.
• RERA certification is a plus.
• Proactive and target-driven attitude.

Mansioni

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking motivated, results-driven Secondary & Off-Plan Sales Agents to join our growing team.

• Generate leads, source properties, and manage client relationships.
• Conduct property viewings and present investment opportunities.
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and manage sales documentation.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential buyers.
• Stay updated on Dubai's property market, developer projects, and RERA regulations.

Requirements

• Previous Dubai real estate sales experience preferred Minimum 1 Year.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of off-plan projects and secondary market properties.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• RERA certification is a plus.
• Professional, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
