Noorzad Properties is seeking an experienced Senior Property Advisor to join our growing team in Dubai. You will assist clients buying, selling, leasing and investing in Dubai real estate while delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, maintaining listings, tracking market trends, guiding clients through transactions, and building lasting relationships with investors and industry professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dubai real estate sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, leasing and investing in Dubai’s real estate market while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings and market information.
• Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, pricing and regulations.
• Develop a strong understanding of the market and available inventory.
• Guide clients through the entire sales and leasing process, including documentation and transaction procedures.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors and industry professionals.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Represent the company professionally and uphold the highest standards of customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented mindset.
• UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
