• Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel for property showings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends and values.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online marketing.
• Present and show properties to potential buyers, highlighting location, features, and benefits.
• Prepare offers and negotiate terms for optimal outcomes; guide clients through legal and financial processes.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, contracts, and client interactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and referrals.

• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Online listing platforms.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for property showings.
