Driven Properties in Dubai is seeking a Senior Property Consultant to enhance business growth and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the UAE real estate market, excellent communication skills, and strong negotiation abilities.

This role offers uncapped commissions, training support, and comprehensive benefits including an employment visa and health insurance. Candidates should be self-motivated and capable of generating business independently.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the UAE real estate market.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driver's licence preferred.

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will leverage your industry expertise and established network to drive business growth, manage high-value client relationships, and deliver exceptional results across Dubai's dynamic real estate market. You will play a key role in representing the Driven brand while mentoring less experienced consultants and contributing to the continued success of your team.

• Proven track record in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the UAE real estate market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a client-focused approach.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly the secondary market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
• Real estate certification or relevant industry qualifications are advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages, including Arabic, are a plus.
• A valid UAE driver's licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of generating business independently.
