Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Project Manager in Dubai to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The role requires coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors while ensuring that projects meet time, cost, and quality targets.

The candidate should have an engineering degree, at least seven years in the field, and strong computer skills to manage documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in the same field/products.
• High level of computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of projects per approved time, cost, and quality.
• Manage all correspondence and letters of the projects.
• Attend client and consultant meetings and guide them through processes.
• Follow submittals and inspections to gain approvals within the program.
• Follow up on payment applications to ensure timely collection.
• Write progress reports and present them to management.
• Monitor all work in accordance with schedules.
• Manage all sub-contractors and third-party suppliers within each project.
• Achieve forecast and targets set by management.
