Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking a detail-oriented Projects Engineer in Dubai, UAE. You will support the successful delivery of projects by ensuring quality, scope control, risk management, and compliance with safety and contractual requirements.

The role requires 3-6+ years in project management, construction, or engineering, with strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with PM principles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering (Control Systems) or related field.
• 3-6+ years of experience in project management, construction, or engineering roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management principles and certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support QA/QC processes to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Control project scope and prevent scope creep through contract compliance.
• Assist in risk management and mitigation planning.
• Review and approve contractor and consultant staffing and qualifications.
• Attend progress meetings and monitor contractor performance.
• Ensure site safety procedures and PPE compliance.
• Manage site security via gate pass approvals.
• Follow up on project closeout documentation including as-built drawings and warranties.
• Coordinate the timely acquisition of NOCs and permits.

Role Overview:

For our client- Dubai Government entity we are seeking a detail-oriented Projects Engineer to support the successful delivery of projects by ensuring quality, scope control, risk management, and compliance with safety and contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will actively monitor project progress, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and contribute to timely project closeout.
