Job summary

Showcify, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist in Project Risk Management to lead the risk discipline across the Group’s major capital projects.

You will establish and maintain risk standards, coordinate with ADNOC-level authorities, and ensure alignment with project objectives. The role requires extensive experience in Oil & Gas project risk management, development of risk frameworks, and strong stakeholder communication at executive levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or higher with focus on risk management.
• 15+ years of Oil & Gas project risk management experience.
• PMI-RMP or PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency with risk management software and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Risk Management discipline across Group Companies.
• Develop and maintain risk management standards, guidelines and procedures.
• Oversee risk framework development, competency management and frameworks.
• Implement the Technical Authority Framework for risk roles across ADNOC Group.
• Provide technical risk management guidance to portfolios and stakeholders.
• Manage reporting of top project risks to senior leadership.
