Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Senior Specialist in Project Risk Management to oversee risk activities for the Group's major capital projects. You will drive standards, coordinate with Group Companies and report top risks to leadership, ensuring objectives are met.

The role requires deep SME knowledge, extensive Oil & Gas project experience, and certifications (PMI-RMP/PMP preferred). On-site in Abu Dhabi with integration across the Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years of Oil & Gas project experience.
• Subject Matter Expert in Project Risk Management for capital projects.
• PMI-RMP or PMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Risk Management discipline across ADNOC Group.
• Develop and maintain risk management standards and procedures.
• Oversee risk reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with ISO standards and HSE guidelines.
