STRUCTURAL seeks a Senior Project Manager based in Dubai to oversee complex repair and restoration projects across the UAE/GCC. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage schedules, and drive profitable project outcomes while ensuring safety and high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Structural Engineering degree with 12+ years of experience in commercial construction or restoration, fluent English, and preferably Arabic language skills. UAE travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or construction management or related field.
• 0
• 12+ years of experience in commercial construction/restoration.
• Arabic language skills preferred.
• Experience leading complex repair/restoration projects.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Managing self-performed complex repair and restoration projects.
• Creating contracts and negotiating revisions with contracts teams.
• Developing and managing schedules with field leadership.
• Maintaining profit & loss responsibility and other project financials.
• Leading Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers and subcontractors.
• Collaborating with estimators and sales to review bids and develop proposals.
• Evaluating risk and loss exposure on projects.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Upholding safety and quality control on all projects.
