Job summary

STRUCTURAL is recruiting a Project Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi, with potential assignments in Dubai. You will oversee complex repairs and restoration projects, manage contracts, schedules and project financials, and lead multiple teams including subcontractors.

The role requires English communication skills, a Civil/Structural Engineering background, and 5–12 years in commercial construction/restoration. Arabic is a plus, with travel within the GCC expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5–12 years of commercial construction/restoration project experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Experience with structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair.
• Proficient with project controls and forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-performed complex repair and restoration projects.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with contracts team as needed.
• Develop and manage schedules with field leadership.
• Maintain profit & loss and other project financials.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Estimators and Sales to review bids and develop proposals.
• Evaluate risk and loss exposure on projects.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and focus on safety and quality.
