Job summary

STRUCTURAL is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to be based in our Dubai office, overseeing complex repair and restoration projects across the UAE. You will lead project teams, manage schedules, and ensure on-time delivery with strong safety and quality control.

Ideal candidates have a Civil/Structural Engineering or construction management background, 12+ years of experience in commercial construction or restoration, and proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or construction management.
• 12+ years of experience in commercial construction or restoration.
• Arabic language skills preferred; strong English communication.
• Ability to manage projects including structural repair, waterproofing, façade repair.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management/forecasting tools.
• Demonstrated leadership to train and mentor others.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects in UAE/GCC.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-performed complex repair and restoration projects.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with internal teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules with field leadership.
• Maintain profit & loss and other project financials.
• Provide leadership and supervision to PMs, Field Managers, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Estimators and Sales on bids and proposals.
• Evaluate risk and loss exposure on projects.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure safety and quality control on all projects.
