Job summary

Client of AIQU is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in the Abu Dhabi region. The role focuses on defining scope, managing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve business outcomes.

Fluency in English is required, with Arabic preferred, and a strong track record in financial management and governance will be essential for success in this client-facing consultancy position.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of non-technical project management and consultancy experience
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects from initiation to closure
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets
• Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency preferred

Responsibilities

• Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets
• Facilitate project governance forums and maintain stakeholder communication
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues
• Provide strategic consultancy and recommendations to optimize business processes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment
• Monitor project performance metrics and prepare executive-level status reports
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across projects
