Work standard is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives in Abu-Dhabi. The role requires overseeing from initiation to closure, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a related bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of PM experience, and strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to drive results. Salary is 1000 AED per month and immigrant applications are considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
• High level of organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Developing project plans and managing project teams
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Managing risk, scope, timeline, resources, and budget
• Creating project reports and presentations
• Tracking progress against project goals
• Identifying potential risks or issues and developing mitigation strategies
• Working closely with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
