Job summary

Dutco Construction in Dubai seeks a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience delivering commercial, residential, and mixed‑use schemes. You will drive planning, scheduling, execution, coordination, and handover across multi‑disciplinary teams.

You will ensure quality, safety, cost control, and regulatory compliance with UAE authorities, while managing stakeholders and leading site teams to meet critical milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of project management experience with proven delivery of commercial buildings, residential developments, mixed-use projects, and large civil structures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, execution, coordination, and handover of multi-disciplinary construction works.
• Strong understanding of interfaces across structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines; capable of resolving site issues and ensuring alignment with design intent.
• Familiarity with UAE authority requirements (DM, DDA, Civil Defense, Trakhees), including approvals, inspections, and regulatory submissions for commercial and residential developments.
• Good knowledge of contractual obligations, variation management, progress tracking, and coordination with QS/Commercial teams to maintain cost and schedule discipline.
• Effective communication with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams; ability to manage expectations, drive timelines, and resolve conflicts across diverse project types.
• Ensures compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements throughout all phases of commercial and residential construction.
