Job summary

TED Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 15+ years in construction to join a large international construction consultancy. The role starts in Dubai and transitions on-site to the Maldives for a high-end hotel/resort project.

MRICS or equivalent qualifications and Middle East experience are preferred. You will manage client briefs, run meetings, and drive the project to finish on time and within budget, liaising with architects, engineers and stakeholders with excellent

Qualifications

• Degree or MSc in Construction Project Management or similar Built Environment subject.
• MRICS or similarly qualified.
• Experience on large high-end hotel/resort projects.
• 15+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with known construction consultants.

Responsibilities

• Organise and run meetings, take minutes, ensure the client's brief is adhered to.
• Keep the project moving towards completion on time and within budget.
• Interact with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders.
