About the Role

Project Manager – Luxury Residential Developments (London & Dubai). Location: Primarily London, with frequent travel to Dubai. Employment Type: Full‑time. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee two major luxury residential developments—one in London and one in Dubai. The role requires a candidate based in the United Kingdom, with the flexibility to travel regularly between both cities to ensure seamless coordination, quality control, and timely delivery. You will lead the full project lifecycle, from design coordination and contractor management to budget oversight and on‑site execution. These are high‑value, architecturally ambitious homes, requiring someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in luxury residential construction. Candidate must be based in the UK or Dubai and able to travel between both locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for two luxury residential developments in London and Dubai.
