Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager for interior fit-out projects. You will plan, coordinate and deliver projects from start to handover, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out/project management.
• Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail fit-out projects.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and project management.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute interior fit-out projects from start to handover.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved schedules.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and project standards.
• Manage project teams, site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and take corrective action.
• Monitor project costs, variations, material requirements, and procurement.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress reports to management.
• Coordinate with design and technical teams to resolve project issues.
• Ensure timely completion, testing, snagging, and project handover.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
