Job summary

Ravenco in Dubai seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer to lead interior fit-out projects from site assessment to final handover. You will coordinate Civil, MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Joinery, Gypsum, Tiling, Painting and Flooring works on site.

You will prepare and monitor project schedules, BOQs and cost estimates, supervise site activities to ensure quality, budget, and timely completion, and coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors. UAE experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• 1 year UAE experience in interior fit-out/construction/renovation.
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and fit-out execution.
• Experience in BOQ, estimation and quotation preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manage fit-out projects from site assessment to final handover.
