Job summary

A leading interior fit-out company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Fit-Out to lead and deliver interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. The ideal candidate should possess strong site execution expertise, stakeholder coordination skills, and have a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent, along with 7-10 years of relevant experience in managing various fit-out projects across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in fit-out / interior contracting projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE fit-out standards, materials, and authority approvals.
• Proven experience managing commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects.

LEADERS FORT is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Fit-Out to lead and deliver interior fit‑out projects from initiation to handover. If you have strong site execution expertise, stakeholder coordination skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

➡️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage fit‑out projects from planning through execution to final handover
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for full project understanding
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and HSE regulations
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and manage variations/claims
• Conduct weekly progress meetings and prepare project status reports
• Control costs, timelines, and risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure timely snagging, testing, commissioning, and close‑out
• Obtain authority approvals and completion certificates

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / architecture / interior design
• 7–10 years of experience in fit‑out / interior contracting projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE fit‑out standards, materials, and authority approvals
• Proven experience managing commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit‑out projects
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
