Job summary

ARX UAE seeks a seasoned Project Manager for 100% FTE in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. You will lead complex infrastructure and development projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and authorities from initiation to close-out.

You will bring at least 12 years of PM experience, with 5+ in GCC/UAE, strong contract awareness, and fluent English communication. The role offers leadership opportunities and exposure to premier regional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years' relevant experience in project management, engineering management, design coordination, or consulting delivery.
• At least 5 years as the accountable project manager.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the GCC; UAE project experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle: scope, planning, design coordination, procurement, construction support, reporting, close-out.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Hold accountability for delivery of scope, programme, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams.
• Manage scope, deliverables, schedule, resources, budget, risk, and change across project lifecycle.
• Establish project execution plan, responsibility matrix, risk register, deliverable tracker, and decision log.
• Track progress against baseline; identify delays and blockers early with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and ensure design, review, and construction activities are properly sequenced.
• Chair meetings, issue minutes, and close out commitments on deadlines.
• Manage commercial: contract administration, variations, invoicing inputs, fee monitoring, cost-to-complete.
• Manage project risk, authorities approvals, stakeholder requirements, construction constraints.
• Ensure deliverables and approvals are recorded and traceable.
• Prepare and present progress, commercial, and risk reporting through to close-out.
• Build a collaborative team culture and mentor junior staff.
