Job summary

ARX UAE in Dubai is seeking a senior Project Manager with a proven track record in complex infrastructure and major development projects. You will lead scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships across multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires 12+ years in project management, including 5+ years in the GCC/UAE, familiarity with FIDIC-based contracts, and strong leadership. ARX offers growth within a global engineering network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 12 years in project management, with at least 5 as accountable PM.
• 5+ years GCC/UAE experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in complex infrastructure, transportation, or major development projects.
• Strong lifecycle understanding: scope, planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, close-out.

Responsibilities

• Hold accountability for delivery of scope, programme, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Act as ARX’s primary client contact, coordinating consultants, contractors, authorities, and ARX teams.
• Manage scope, deliverables, schedule, resources, risk, and change across the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain the project execution plan and risk registers.
• Track progress, identify delays early, and elevate with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate technical inputs across disciplines for design, review, and construction support.
• Chair project meetings and ensure timely minutes and action closure.
• Manage contract administration, variations, invoicing inputs, and cost-to-complete.
• Ensure traceability of deliverables and documentation through system controls.
• Prepare progress, commercial, and risk reporting through project close-out.
• Mentor junior staff and uphold ARX’s standards for quality and accountability.
