Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Delivery Lead to manage large multi-disciplinary projects across the UAE and GCC. You will drive scope, schedule, budgets, and client expectations, coordinating sub-consultants and reporting progress to the Project Director.

The role demands a minimum of 8 years in the Middle East with at least 4 in APM or PM, plus proven leadership of complex programmes while ensuring quality, risk control and health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the Middle East, with at least 4 years as APM/PM.
• Ability to deliver projects in UAE and GCC within time and budget.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, deliverables, and schedule with project team.
• Manage sub-consultants’ agreements and payments.
• Ensure Project Execution Plan aligns with client requirements.
• Produce monthly reports and maintain cost controls.
• Identify and manage risks and changes.
• Lead project team and monitor progress and communication.
