Arada in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end development projects from design through handover, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors and authorities to meet strategic objectives. The role emphasizes governance, risk, cost control, quality and timely delivery across mixed-use, residential, hospitality and retail schemes.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years UAE experience, PMP/CIOB preferred, and strong knowledge of FIDIC, Primavera P6

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Master's degree or professional certifications (PMP, RICS, CIOB, PRINCE2) would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of assigned development projects.
• Manage projects through all development phases including design, authority approvals, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, handover, and defects liability period.
• Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Monitor project performance against milestones and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Design Management to meet objectives, regulatory requirements, cost targets, and feasibility.
• Review consultant deliverables for quality and alignment with briefs.
• Drive value engineering while maintaining design intent and customer experience.
• Oversee contractors, consultants, PMCs, and monitor progress, QA, safety, and compliance.
• Review budgets, cost performance, variation orders, and claims; support contract administration.
• Act as primary point of contact across multiple departments and external authorities.
