Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project planning from pre‑construction through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Manage project programmes and supervise planning teams across single or multiple developments.
• Develop strategic master schedules, baseline programmes, and recovery plans.
• Ensure consistency of progress reporting and compliance with project milestones.
• Prepare coordinated, logic‑linked, resource‑loaded construction and procurement programmes.
• Conduct critical‑path analysis and advise on project sequencing and resource optimization.
• Monitor progress and prepare internal reports, client reports, and time‑impact analysis documentation.
• Administer contract time management provisions and support extension of time claims.
• Perform forensic delay analysis and finalize claim‑related documentation with stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and provide mitigation strategies for successful delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all project phases.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PSP (AACE), PMI‑SP, Primavera P6, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction planning and project controls.
• At least 10 years of managerial or senior technical leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure development and construction project execution.
• Excellent knowledge of project contracts, EOT claims, and stakeholder negotiations.
• Familiarity with budgeting, finance, and local construction legislation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic decision‑making ability.
