Job summary

The Talents Nation in Dubai seeks a senior Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-rise residential and commercial towers, coordinating design, procurement, contracts, and on-site execution. You will manage budgets, timelines, cash flow, and risk, ensure quality and safety, and liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to secure timely handovers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 10+ years UAE experience.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end construction of high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction projects, including design, tendering, procurement, execution, delivery, contracts, quality, safety, authority approvals, and final handover.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, cash flow, cost control, risk management, and overall project financials while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams, including tender evaluations, contract negotiations, site supervision, and performance monitoring.
• Lead project execution through regular site visits, progress monitoring, issue resolution, change control, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and project closure

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end construction projects, including design, tendering, procurement, execution, delivery, contracts, quality, safety, authority approvals, and final handover.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, cash flow, cost control, risk management, and overall project financials while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise residential and commercial towers is mandatory, with strong understanding of the complete construction process.
• Must have strong knowledge of construction contracts, particularly FIDIC, along with building products, construction details, regulations, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and Aconex, with strong communication and project management skills
