Job summary

JJR Building Contracting LLC seeks a senior construction professional to manage overall execution from mobilization to handover for high-rise and residential projects in Dubai. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely delivery, quality and safety.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and has 15+ years of total construction experience, with at least 10 years in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of total construction experience.
• Strong Dubai/UAE project experience and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall construction execution from mobilization to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, quality, and execution schedules.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain timelines.
• Lead project teams and ensure completion and handover.

Job description

Manage overall construction execution from mobilization to completion and handover.Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works for high-rise and residential buildings.Coordinate and manage clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.Understand project requirements quickly and take fast, practical decisions to avoid delays.Negotiate and manage subcontractors regarding scope, rates, resources, productivity, and schedules.Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, quality, and execution schedules.Coordinate structure, MEP, architectural, and finishing activities for smooth execution.Identify and resolve site issues promptly to maintain project timelines.Ensure works are completed as per drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and client requirements.Lead project teams and ensure timely completion, snagging, and handover

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 15 years of total construction experience.Minimum 10 years of proven Dubai/UAE experience.Strong experience in high-rise and residential building projects.Excellent knowledge of structural and finishing works.Proven experience in client management and subcontractor negotiation.Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects within tight deadlines.Only candidates with strong Dubai building construction experience will be considered
