Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services seeks a Senior Project Manager for a Dubai-based real estate and property management company. The role covers end-to-end construction, including design, tendering, procurement, execution, and handover of high-rise projects.

You will manage scopes, budgets and schedules, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure strict adherence to FIDIC contracts and regulatory standards. A minimum of 10 years in UAE is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with a minimum of 10 years in construction.
• Minimum 10 years UAE experience in high-rise residential and commercial towers.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, especially FIDIC, and of quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction projects including design, tendering, procurement, execution and handover.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, cash flow, cost control and project financials to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and suppliers; lead tender evaluations and contract negotiations.
• Drive project execution through site visits, progress monitoring and issue resolution.

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end construction projects, including design, tendering, procurement, execution, delivery, contracts, quality, safety, authority approvals, and final handover.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, cash flow, cost control, risk management, and overall project financials while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams, including tender evaluations, contract negotiations, site supervision, and performance monitoring.
• Lead project execution through regular site visits, progress monitoring, issue resolution, change control, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and project closure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with a minimum of 10 years of construction industry experience covering both interiors and civil works.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise residential and commercial towers is mandatory, with strong understanding of the complete construction process.
• Must have strong knowledge of construction contracts, particularly FIDIC, along with building products, construction details, regulations, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and Aconex, with strong communication and project management skills
