Job summary

Atkins Realis Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Architect to oversee the full spectrum of architecture design across diverse asset typologies, from residential to public buildings, ensuring aesthetic excellence and compliance with project standards.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with consultants, and deliver designs from concept to detailed development, applying Safety in Design principles and international best practices.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of architectural design and management experience post-undergraduate.
• B.Arch or B.Sc. in Architecture from a recognized university; postgraduate degree in Architecture or Urban Design.
• International accreditations (RIBA, AIA, or equivalent) are desirable.
• Sustainability certifications (LEED, PQP, or equivalent) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of architecture design for diverse asset typologies (residential, commercial, public).
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and departments.
• Ensure Design and Asset Brief compliance with standards and budgets.
• Deliver architecture mandate from concept to detailed design across projects.
• Conduct design reviews and provide recommendations to executive management.
