Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Project Manager - Buildings to lead the project management team through precontract, procurement and delivery of works for ADEK school projects (K-12). The role requires senior leadership of design and build activities and strong risk, commercial and client management capabilities.

You will coordinate planning, scheduling and performance across stakeholders, drive timely decisions, and ensure robust governance and contract administration under the project

Qualifications

• ADEK school project delivery experience is essential.
• 15+ years total experience on large-scale community projects.
• Degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or PM and professional chartership.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement project execution criteria and controls.
• Lead master programme efforts and delay mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder communications and timely decisions.
• Chair progress meetings with contractors and advisors.
• Protect the Client's interests through contract administration and reporting.
