Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company seeks a seasoned project engineer/manager to lead mechanical, electrical and instrumentation engineering activities for large-scale assets. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, drive FEED and vendor coordination, and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical or I&C engineering.
• 8 years of similar experience with at least 4 years in a senior supervisory role.
• Exposure to FEED packages in Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Manages the engineering team across all project stages in coordination with stakeholders.
• Participates in tender development and consultant/PMC/contractor selection with focus on pre-qualification and bid evaluation.
• Monitors contractor documentation and resolves conflicting comments.
• Coordinates progress with licensors, EPC contractors and other agencies to ensure timely completion.
• Ensures adherence to HSE and company policies; applies best industry practices.
