Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) seeks a Senior Project Engineer to manage large multi-disciplinary oil and gas projects from inception through handover, driving safety, schedule and cost efficiency. You will lead teams, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with standards across all phases.

The role requires a Bachelor in Engineering, 12+ years in project engineering/execution, and PMP certification, with proven leadership of diverse staff and external parties.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in Project Engineering/Execution in Oil & Gas.
• 5+ years leading multi-discipline staff and Consultants/Contractors.
• PMP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead/provide technical input into proposal developments and coordinate design, materials specification and procurement stages.
• Interface with external parties and ensure compliance with codes, practices and standards.
• Manage PM Consultants and ensure effective site supervision and project administration.
• Direct and coordinate activities of multi-discipline engineering teams through project lifecycle.
• Deliver projects in accordance with sound PM principles, budgets, schedules and HSE requirements.
