Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day project execution activities and ensure construction work progresses according to approved plans and site priorities

• Monitor project schedules, construction milestones, progress updates, and site productivity to support timely completion

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 8-12 years of experience in construction, project engineering, or real estate development
• Strong background in high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, or large-scale building projects
• Practical knowledge of project management principles, construction methodologies, site operations, and project controls
• Good understanding of UAE construction regulations, authority approvals, safety standards, and quality procedures
