Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities for assigned construction projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and project stakeholders.
• Review project drawings, technical documents, layouts, specifications, and engineering requirements.
• Ensure project execution follows approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and UAE construction codes.
• Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress monitoring.
• Prepare and review technical submittals, BOQs, material requirements, and project documentation.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues affecting project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across project activities.
• Provide leadership to site teams and support smooth coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction functions.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, approvals, inspections, material usage, and engineering updates.

Senior Civil Engineer Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering execution, planning, structural coordination, and site delivery activities.
• Review structural drawings, civil works documentation, construction methods, and project specifications.
• Ensure civil works comply with UAE construction codes, safety regulations, approved designs, and project quality standards.
• Coordinate residential and commercial project activities including structural works, finishing coordination, and site progress.
• Guide site teams on technical civil engineering requirements and resolve construction-related issues.

Senior Electrical Engineer Responsibilities

• Manage electrical engineering activities related to LV and MV systems for construction projects.
• Ensure electrical works comply with DEWA standards, approved layouts, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Prepare and review technical submittals, electrical layouts, BOQs, material approvals, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams for electrical installation and approval processes.
• Support testing, inspection, compliance checks, and handover documentation for electrical systems.

Ideal Profile

• B.E. in Civil Engineering is required for the Senior Civil Engineer role.
• B.E. in Electrical Engineering is required for the Senior Electrical Engineer role.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in the relevant engineering discipline is required.
• Strong experience in construction project execution, planning, coordination, and technical supervision.
• Experience managing residential or commercial construction projects is required.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction codes, authority requirements, and safety regulations.
• For civil engineering candidates, proven expertise in structural engineering, civil works, and project execution is required.
• For electrical engineering candidates, strong knowledge of LV and MV electrical systems and DEWA standards is required.
• Ability to prepare and review technical submittals, layouts, BOQs, reports, and engineering records.
