Azizi Development UAE is seeking a Project Engineer for civil construction projects in Dubai. The role involves supporting daily engineering activities, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with contractors and consultants to ensure timely and quality completion of developments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 4–8 years of experience in similar projects, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools. This full-time position offers an estimated salary range of 9,000–14,000 AED per month.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in construction, project engineering, or real estate development.
• Practical exposure to residential, commercial, mixed-use, or large-scale building projects.
• Good knowledge of construction methodologies, civil works, site coordination, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards, authority requirements, safety rules, and quality procedures.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate confidently with contractors, consultants, and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day site execution, engineering coordination, and construction progress tracking.

Project Engineer – Civil Construction (Dubai, UAE) – Full‑time

Job type: Full‑time. Location: Dubai, UAE. Industry: Construction.

Estimated salary range: 9,000–14,000 AED per month.

You will support daily engineering activities, monitor project progress, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and help ensure residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with approved quality and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day site execution, engineering coordination, and construction progress tracking across assigned projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, project managers, site teams, and internal departments to maintain smooth project workflow.
• Monitor construction activities against approved schedules, project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, method statements, and project documents to support accurate execution at site.
• Assist in identifying and resolving technical, operational, and coordination issues during construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare clear progress updates for management and project stakeholders.
• Support project planning, testing, commissioning, handover preparation, and final completion activities.
• Track material availability, manpower requirements, site resources, and engineering inputs needed for timely delivery.
• Maintain organized project records, inspection reports, engineering documents, and construction‑related correspondence.
• Coordinate with authorities where required and support compliance with UAE regulations, approvals, and construction standards.
• Work with the project team to improve execution efficiency, reduce delays, and protect quality across active development works.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience in construction, project engineering, or real estate development.
• Practical exposure to residential, commercial, mixed‑use, or large‑scale building projects.
