• 13+ years of architectural design and management experience post‑undergraduate.
• Experience in residential, commercial, public, healthcare and educational designs.
• Proven ability to manage international design consultants across sectors.
• Construction experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of international standards, policies, codes, and sustainability principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee architecture design across asset types.
• Manage design packages and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare architectural drawings from concept to detailing.
• Ensure safety in design and value engineering.
