Job summary

Dubai Holding is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure, landscaping and development projects in Dubai. You will drive planning, execution, and handover, coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders to meet budget, schedule and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; PMP desirable.
• Strong PM capabilities: budget, scheduling, risk, and stakeholder coordination.
• On-site availability with valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of infrastructure, landscaping and development projects within scope, budget, timeline and quality standards.
• Manage execution from planning to handover, coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, costs and risks; apply corrective actions to meet delivery objectives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and approvals; maintain project progress per standards.
• Review performance, reports and contractor claims to support budget control.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment.
• Oversee quality and site performance, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Support project closeout and handover to align with operational needs.
