Qualifications

• Graduate engineer with ~20 years in oil and gas EPC projects.
• Experience in HO & Site planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop project controls systems and procedures.
• Determine staffing requirements for project phases.
• Lead planning team on schedules and reporting.
• Prepare progress measurement systems and manpower histograms.
• Monitor progress and resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate internal reviews with client and management.
• Ensure field project controls documents are developed and reviewed.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and mitigation.
