Job summary

Petrofac is seeking an Engineer I - Projects to be based in Sharjah, UAE. This role focuses on coordinating contract deliverables, schedules, and client expectations to ensure timely project progress.

You will interface with engineering, procurement, and site teams, organize kickoff meetings, monitor progress, and resolve technical and administrative issues in alignment with project plans.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree is required.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in oil and gas.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Review the contract to define scope, obligations, schedules, and risks.
• Prepare kickoff agenda and collect information from disciplines.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement to issue deliverables.
• Organize weekly client reviews and track progress.
• Expedite supplier deliveries and monitor deviations against the plan.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with contract terms.
