Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Instrumentation and Controls Engineer in Abu Dhabi to lead I&C deliverables for oil & gas projects across FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, and PMC phases. The role emphasizes design reviews, vendor coordination, and adherence to ADNOC and international standards.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector, with GCC experience preferred and offshore exposure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering; 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector.
Minimum 5 years (preferred) in GCC region.
At least 3 years in a similar position for international major projects.
FEED & EPC experience required.
Offshore project experience preferred.
ADNOC project experience preferable.

Responsibilities

Lead and review Instrumentation and Control deliverables for oil & gas projects.
Review Instrument Index, I/O List, Control philosophies, Cause & Effect diagrams, datasheets, hook-up drawings, cable/loop/JB schedules, and control system architecture drawings.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, IEC, ISA, API, and international engineering practices.
Review FEED and Detailed Engineering deliverables prepared by EPC contractors.
Participate in design development and technical clarification meetings.
Support optimization of control systems, field instrumentation, and automation philosophies.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for interface management.
