Job summary

Mannesmann Energy – L.L.C in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Senior Project Controls Lead to oversee controls for Oil & Gas/EPC projects. You will develop schedules, budgets, forecasts, and dashboards, monitor risks, and drive corrective actions to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of Project Controls experience in Oil & Gas/EPC.
• Strong expertise in planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, progress measurement, and project reporting.
• Proven experience managing project control teams and large-scale EPC projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and project performance management tools.
• PMP, PMI-SP, AACE, or equivalent certification preferred.
• ADNOC/UAE project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
