Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operational initiatives across multiple stages of the Amazon Now fulfillment and delivery network in the MEATR region.
• Develop and execute programs that improve customer experience, reduce operating costs, and strengthen operational performance.
• Define program objectives, implementation priorities, and measurable performance outcomes.
• Manage strategic projects from initial planning through execution and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate program activities across multiple business functions and operating locations.
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions that support network-wide improvements.

• Establish annual and quarterly network loss targets for relevant operational loss categories.
• Monitor performance across WHL, WHD, and Concessions loss buckets.
