Job summary

Q Express Ras Al Khor Branch in the UAE is seeking a Sr. Program Manager - Strategic Projects and Network Loss to drive loss-reduction programs across Dark Stores and Regional Distribution Centers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.

You will define the strategy, set targets, and lead initiatives that improve CX and reduce costs. The role requires Kaizen-led process re-engineering, end-to-end project delivery, and building scalable playbooks for new launches and geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across MEATR and across sites.
• Perform root-cause analysis using data to identify drivers and implement corrective actions.
• Own the Network Loss P&L for Dark Stores and RDCs; set and deliver NL targets.
• Lead Kaizen & Improvement Projects end-to-end with stakeholder alignment and tracking.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor loss trends and accountability.
