Job summary

Parsons is looking for a Program Document Database Control Lead to oversee document control and information governance for water and wastewater projects in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, UAE. This role involves ensuring compliance, managing documents, and supporting audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in document control roles on large infrastructure programs.
• Strong experience supporting water and wastewater or sewage treatment plant projects.
• Demonstrated experience working with Abu Dhabi authorities and regulatory standards.
• GCC experience is required, with strong preference for Abu Dhabi-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce a program-wide document control and information governance framework.
• Manage integration of document control systems with Digital PMO and PMIS platforms.
• Maintain master registers for documents, correspondence, drawings, submissions, approvals, and revisions.
• Ensure timely distribution and tracking of critical program documentation.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining complete, traceable document histories.
• Coordinate document interfaces between the PMO, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with approved document control procedures.
• Prepare regular reports on document status and information-related risks.
