Job summary

Parsons seeks a Technical Lead in Abu Dhabi to oversee critical water and wastewater emergency projects. This senior role involves technical governance, design assurance, and ensuring compliance with client standards and regulations. The candidate will have at least 20 years of experience in delivering major infrastructure programs, especially in the water sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience delivering major infrastructure programs, with strong exposure to water and wastewater projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior technical leadership or technical authority role.
• Proven experience working within PMC or PMO environments on large‑scale utility projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority across all emergency water and wastewater projects.
• Lead technical governance during feasibility and detailed design stages.
• Review and approve technical design deliverables to ensure consistency.
