• Conduct constructability reviews and optimize work execution strategies
• Manage weekly production meetings and track fabrication progress and productivity
• Handle change orders and revision updates ensuring proper documentation and cost alignment
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate with site teams to minimize disruptions
• Interface with procurement, quality, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and documentation
• Oversee material expediting and communicate priorities for fabrication sequences
