Job summary
Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking a senior Business Requirements Analyst to elicit and capture business requirements in an Agile software development environment, and to decompose epics into detailed functional and nonfunctional specs.
You will work with Product Owners, design UX, wireframes, and wireframes, supporting testing and process/workflow analysis; strong communication and experience with JIRA/Confluence are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience (or master's degree with 4+ years) in enterprise software
- Proven experience in Agile software development environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence for requirement tracking
Responsibilities
- Elicit and capture business requirements in an Agile software development environment
- Document and manage acceptance criteria, business rules, and requirement documents
- Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize user stories and perform user research
- Utilize UI/UX and Human Centered Design concepts to design technical solutions
- Decompose Epics into detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Develop process flows, wireframes, and high/low fidelity mockups
- Support the testing team to ensure system alignment with business vision
- Conduct business process analysis and workflow analysis
