Job summary

edari is seeking an experienced Product Owner in Dubai to drive business and digital transformation. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT and implementation partners, leading requirements gathering, process improvement and solution design to translate needs into technology solutions.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, requiring collaboration across business and technology teams to move initiatives from concept to implementation and adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in digital transformation, product management, business analysis or delivery.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce or Oracle implementations.
• Knowledge of As-Is/To-Be process design.
• Translating business requirements into functional/technical specs.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall, user stories, UAT, backlog.
• Exposure to Jira, Azure DevOps, Figma, Visio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering or related.

We are currently looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a leading organisation in Dubai, playing a key role in driving business and digital transformation initiatives.

This is a business-facing transformation role, acting as the critical link between business stakeholders, IT and implementation partners. The successful candidate will lead requirements gathering, process improvement and solution design, helping translate business needs into practical technology solutions and supporting initiatives through implementation and adoption.

Key requirements:

• 6+ years’ experience across digital transformation, product management, business analysis or product/project delivery
• Experience working on SAP, Salesforce or Oracle implementations
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and As-Is/To-Be process design
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional/technical requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall delivery, user stories, UAT and backlog management
• Exposure to tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Figma, Visio or similar
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
