Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai seeks an experienced Product Owner/Business Analyst to own the Salesforce roadmap and translate complex needs into clear user stories. You will liaise between business users and IT, document requirements, and lead backlog grooming and UAT in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Ideal candidates bring 9+ years in similar roles, strong Agile/Scrum experience with Jira/Confluence, and familiarity with CMS/public trust clearances; AWS/Snowflake experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 9+ years in Product Owner or Business Analyst roles.
• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience leading large teams and multiple projects.
• CMS or similar federal agency experience preferred.
• Ability to gather and analyze information to develop solutions.
• Must have resided in the U.S. 3 of the last 5 years; CMS Public Trust clearance possible.

• Maintain the Salesforce product roadmap and prioritize enterprise features
• Act as the voice of the customer and liaison between business users and IT teams
• Elicit and document requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Translate complex business needs into user stories and technical specifications
• Lead enterprise backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing
• Manage technical documentation including System Design Documents and security testing documentation
• Provide schedule inputs, risk alerts, and status reporting to program management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
• In-depth experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with CMS or similar federal agencies
• Ability to gather and analyze information to develop alternative solutions
• Must have resided in the U.S. 3 out of the last 5 years
• Ability to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on technical experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Active Salesforce certification(s)
• Experience with Snowflake, AWS, and OWN
• Experience with automation testing scripts and DevSecOps pipelines
